    1. ROCKET BOLLARD

      ROCKET BOLLARD

Flexibly and safety come together with this amazing product. Upon impact it gently flexes, protection both what is meant to protect and the well-being of the vehicle operator that has impacted it. MAJOR CHARACTERISICS Material: It’s made from a new material (Polyolefins, same family as PP and PE). Pole design: Single-piece structure, hollow inside Temperature resistance: Suitable for negative temperatures, though resistance decreases compared to positive temperatures (testing in progress) Available in 3 sizes: Diameter 150 mm, Height = 500 mm: Resistance over 2500J (testing in progress) Diameter 200 mm, Height = 800 mm Diameter 200 mm, Height = 1200 mm: Comparable to GRD 200 CLASS 3, 7500 Joules, with UNI testing Fixings: 4x S12x150mm bolts + M12 oversized washers Fixings are visible but within the pole's footprint, preventing forklift wheels from running over them. Outdoor use: Suitable, though no data is currently available on actual longevity. Flammability: Not self-extinguishing, rated HB under UL94. Cost: To be defined. It will be less costly than GRD. ASI index: Likely the lowest on the market (Class A). Indicates the intensity of the backlash on a vehicle’s driver upon impact. Grade A is the best one possible, which means every impact on it is also safe for the vehicle conductor. No metal plate advantages: No issues in corrosive or high-salinity environments. Better floor preservation (anchors will bend the pole rather than come loose). Hygiene: As a single-piece product, it is clean and has no areas where dirt can accumulate. European patent: A patent has been filed at the European level.

    2. ROHRflex MOVE

      ROHRflex MOVE

The ROHRflex Move is a highly flexible plastic corrugated conduit with an internal and external corrugated geometry and a slim profile. It was specially developed for use on cobots and small industrial robots and is particularly suitable for applications with slow to medium movement sequences that require high flexibility and reliable cable protection. The specially modified polyolefin enables tight bending radii and consistently stable performance in dynamic operation. The material properties remain constant regardless of humidity, ensuring high process reliability even under changing environmental conditions. The hose is flame-retardant in accordance with UL94 V2, additionally UV-stabilized, and air- and liquid-tight. At the same time, it offers high resistance to aqueous solutions such as salts, acids, and alkalis and is largely resistant to many solvents. ROHRflex Move is free of silicone, cadmium, and halogens and meets the requirements of REACH and RoHS. This makes the protective hose ideal for modern automation and robotics applications where flexibility, media resistance, and material conformity are key.

    3. RQDR – Cobot holder

      RQDR – Cobot holder

The FLEXA RQDR series offers rotatable holder systems for protective conduits and cable guides that have been specially developed for the requirements of collaborative robots. Cobots work precisely and often in confined spaces, so cable routing must be flexible and robust without restricting mobility. RQDR holders enable secure, variable, and space-saving mounting directly on the robot arm. Thanks to the rotatable design, the robot's dynamics remain unrestricted even during complex movements. In combination with the RQMR-MOVE insert and the highly flexible ROHRflex MOVE, the result is a system that offers maximum freedom of movement and protection for cables and lines. Installation is quick and tool-free thanks to the FLEXAquick principle. A simple click-on fastener ensures that protective conduits can be securely attached directly to the robot arm without increasing the installation effort. The series includes various holder types for different mounting situations: RQDR-AP with screw-on plate, RQDR-KB with Velcro fastening, and RQDR-PS for mounting on profile rails. All variants are made of robust PA6 plastic, are temperature-resistant from -40°C to +120°C, and comply with important standards such as CE, EN 45545 HL3, ASTM E162/E662, SMP800-C, RoHS, and REACH.

    4. Safe and Ergonomic Handling of Glass Panels Using Vacuum Grippers

Safe and Ergonomic Handling of Glass Panels Using Vacuum Grippers

The gripper is equipped with continuous vacuum monitoring. This constantly monitors the vacuum pressure in the suction cups and ensures that the required holding force is maintained at all times. In addition, a load monitoring system ensures maximum safety: the design prevents the glass pane from being dropped accidentally whilst in the air. The component can only be released once the gripper has been relieved of load – for example, after the pane has been safely set down. This reliably prevents dangerous situations for the operator and the surrounding area. A key safety feature is the dual-circuit system. The gripper has two independent vacuum circuits, each operating with several suction cups. Just two suction cups per circuit are sufficient to ensure a secure grip. The gripper allows for 90° swivelling, which is particularly crucial when switching between horizontal and vertical orientations of glass panes. The operator can guide the gripper directly on the component, i.e. on the glass pane itself. This direct guidance enables particularly precise positioning, improves control over the movement and significantly reduces physical strain. Advantages of vacuum grippers: - secure and damage-free handling of smooth components - high process reliability through vacuum and load monitoring - ergonomic working and reduced strain on the operator - flexible operation In applications such as this, vacuum grippers demonstrate how safety, ergonomics and process stability can be effectively combined.

Serial Device Server - Wi-Fi or Ethernet to 2x RS-232/RS-485

Compact Device Server Integrates RS-232/RS-485 Devices Flexibly into Ethernet and WiFi Networks. With the C32, Spectra introduces a compact serial device server that seamlessly integrates existing RS-232 and RS-485 applications into modern Ethernet and WiFi networks, thus creating the foundation for scalable, future-proof automation solutions. Users benefit from rapid migration, reduced installation effort, and the ability to monitor even hard-to-reach devices at all times. The C32 allows for connectivity via either Ethernet or wireless WiFi. This is particularly advantageous for decentralized systems, enclosed control cabinets, or machines with restricted access. A physical connection on-site is no longer required for many applications. Two serial interfaces can be configured as needed: 2× RS-232, 1× RS-232/1× RS-485, or 2× RS-485. This versatility facilitates the adaptation and expansion of existing systems without the need to integrate additional hardware. Thanks to its compact design, the C32 is ideal for confined installation spaces and retrofit projects. The extended temperature range of -40 °C to +75 °C, along with 4 kV insulation and chassis grounding, ensures reliable operation even under harsh industrial conditions. Setup is performed via a web-based interface directly from the workstation. This saves time during commissioning and reduces on-site service calls. Comprehensive documentation further supports rapid integration.
