Sales Manager (m/f/d) - B2B Telephone Sales

At EF Robotics, you'll bring modern service and humanoid robotics to companies in the hospitality, retail, logistics, and healthcare sectors – and directly contribute to making automation faster, more efficient, and more scalable in real-world processes. Your mission – Qualifying B2B leads: You conduct structured conversations based on clear guidelines, identify needs, and prepare well-founded appointments. Appointment setting with quality: You hand over well-prepared conversations to the closer, creating the best conditions for closing deals. Active conversation management: You work with proven scripts and guide prospects clearly through the process. Presence at trade fairs & events: You support our team at selected industry events and build valuable contacts. Working with clear goals: Appointments, conversation quality, and personal development are the focus. What we offer you: A fixed salary of €2,900 gross plus performance-based compensation. 30 days of vacation and the option of workations.
