Backoffice Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission:
- Customer communication: You answer inquiries by phone, email and social media – reliably, professionally, with a wow factor.
- CRM and data maintenance: You maintain customer data in GoHighLevel and JTL – structured, clean, and traceable.
- Order processing: You ensure that orders are correctly created, approved, and coordinated.
- Invoice verification and shipping: You check invoices, approve shipments, coordinate with shipping companies – and meet deadlines.
- Interface management: You work closely with service, logistics, and dispatch – and are the backbone of the process.
- Process reliability: You identify bottlenecks early, keep track of deadlines, and ensure smooth operations.
Your A-player profile:
- You have initial commercial experience (e.g., administration, customer support, assistant, office management, etc.)
- You work meticulously, in a structured manner, and proactively
- You love it when things run smoothly – thanks to you
- You think in terms of solutions and always act in a service-oriented way
- You speak very good German and solid English
- You are eager to develop – not because you have to, but because you want to
