Account Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities include:
- managing and developing existing customer relationships in collaboration with the sales team;
- acquiring new customers in the mechanical and plant engineering sector;
- supporting the sales team throughout the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to contract negotiation;
- developing and presenting solution proposals, as well as preparing and conducting events;
- assisting with the creation of concepts, plans, and reports; and achieving existing targets, as well as supporting the monitoring and analysis of the target market.

Profile
- Completed technical (university) degree, technician or master craftsman qualification and good business administration knowledge or a comparable qualification
- Affinity for sales, initial experience desirable
- Personality with sales acumen, negotiation skills, strong communication and persuasiveness
- Goal-oriented work style, analytical thinking, process understanding and abstract thinking skills
- Team-oriented, communicative personality
- Motivation and willingness to travel
