The German S7 system provider INSEVIS stands for S7 PLCs, S7 HMIs and S7 software made in Germany. The S7 CPUs can be programmed with Siemens SimaticManager/Classic and (!) TIA Portal and correspond to an S7-315-2PNDP in terms of command range and performance, but include CANopen, Modbus-TCP, 2 (separate) Ethernet and a serial CP with RS232 and 485.
