The secret of the special properties of con-pearl® lightweight boards lies in the perfect interplay between the formulation of the compounds and the three-layer structure.

The middle dimpled sheet of the trilaminate provides the desired thickness and volume; the two outer sheets provide stability and determine the external appearance. Even the compounds are precisely tailored to the customer’s wishes and requirements, including, for example, the strength and flexibility of the material and its UV resistance in addition to the choice of color.

The con-pearl lightweight boards are always individually optimized for their intended use and therefore have properties that conventional materials do not have. This extends to the perfect edge finish, which can also be rounded for safe handling – in a quality that sets standards in the industry. In many cases, you can dispense with wood, cardboard or metal.
