BOXEXPERT presents the Treva ATEX series, a specially developed enclosure solution for explosive environments. The robust cold-rolled sheet steel housings offer a maximum impact resistance rating of IK10 and an IP66 protection rating, making them resilient in extreme conditions. The optionally available stainless steel version not only meets the requirements of explosion protection, but also hygiene requirements in chemical environments.

Treva ATEX enclosures are certified according to the Equipment and Protection Systems Directive 2014/34/EU. The LOM or Dekra certification ensures suitability for use in zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust). The series offers increased safety in accordance with EN 60079-7 to avoid sparks and excessive temperatures.

A 2 mm thick mounting plate made of galvanized sheet steel is included, which allows electrical components to be attached without affecting the housing properties. The Treva ATEX series also offers a wide range of accessories, including a modular frame, an additional inner door and special ATEX cable glands for secure cable entry with increased safety (Ex e II) and flameproof enclosure (Ex d II).
