The new innovative Dolly Mover® from BLOKSMA shortens the loading and unloading time of a supermarket. In combination with an automated guided vehicle system (AGV/AMR), your production line can be automated. Loading and unloading takes place automatically. By using the Dolly Mover®, the AGV/AMR can push the trolleys in the supermarket forwards by one position at a time. This creates space for an additional trolley.

Our Dolly Mover® saves time and energy, can be used flexibly, is lightweight and cost-effective. It ensures that the trolleys are pushed through the supermarket as if by magic. Employees do not have to climb into the supermarket and push the trolleys back and forth under their own steam. The risk of accidents is avoided. The employee cannot become trapped anywhere or trip over the rails. Secondly, they protect their backs and their workplace is ergonomically enhanced.

The driverless transport system (AGV/AMR) does not have to travel all the way through the supermarket thanks to the Dolly Mover®. This saves time, as the AGV/AMR can only travel very slowly on the rails. The trolleys are pushed through together with the help of the Dolly Mover®. If several AGVs/AMRs are used that have to pass the supermarket, congestion can occur as the AGVs/AMRs can only pass once the AGV/AMR in the supermarket has completed its work and is outside again. By speeding up the process, AGVs/AMRs can be saved. Instead of six AGVs/AMRs, only four AGVs/AMRs may be needed.

If there are peak times when some supermarkets are used more often than others, the Dolly Mover® can be moved to other supermarkets easily and without great effort. It can be used flexibly.
