Sales Manager (m/f/d)
These tasks await you:
- In addition to leads from our marketing channels, you are actively using your own channels, such as cold calling, industry events and industry networks, to continuously expand our pipeline.
- You qualify incoming leads (by phone, email or on site) and lead them to the first purchase in a structured way.
- You will assist with finding a use case, preparing an offer and negotiating contracts.
Document the progress of your leads transparently and reliably in our CRM tool to ensure clean pipeline management and forecasting.
These qualities will lead you to success:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or industrial environments.
- Solid technical understanding of machines and ideally experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Structured, KPI-oriented way of working and routine in dealing with CRM systems.
- Convincing appearance as well as strong communication and negotiating skills — on the phone, by email and on site.
- German at native speaker level and English at least C1 to communicate securely with customers and internal stakeholders.

As part of the Application Engineering team, you’ll take ownership of our data storage and warehouse foundations (schemas, performance, reliability, and access patterns), while also shipping production-grade backend services and RESTful APIs that power our customer application and anomaly review workflows. Location: Hamburg (hybrid). You must be based within commutable distance to Hamburg, as one weekly on-site day is part of the role.
