- Building and maintaining sustainably successful customer relationships
- Ensuring long-term customer loyalty through personal support on-site at the customer's location and during visits to our office in Buchen
- Developing target and potential customers as well as reactivating former customers
- Generating and analyzing project inquiries with a focus on genuine opportunities
- Actively contributing important insights into market developments, customer needs, and new technologies to the company
- Participating in relevant trade fairs and events (as an exhibitor and visitor) to expand the network and customer base
- Close collaboration with the sales support team and other internal departments
