Field Service Coordinator (m/w/d)
You are a key link between customers, technicians, field service, and internal departments. You coordinate service calls, monitor material logistics, and support our customers and technicians through initial telephone analyses and remote support. Your role is crucial for smooth service operations and high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: Scheduling and coordinating service technicians, integrators, and technician training; monitoring material shipments to technicians and ensuring operational readiness; handling initial customer inquiries and fault reports by phone; creating, processing, and tracking service tickets; monitoring technician inventory and material availability for service calls; ensuring the timely provision and shipment of spare parts; documenting service calls, problems, and solutions; and continuously improving service processes.
