About us
RO-BER Industrieroboter GmbH is your partner for automation solutions in intralogistics. Our area and linear gantry robots satisfy the highest requirements in terms of performance, reliability and flexibility.

It doesn't matter whether you have a single robot or a complete system solution, we supply our palletizers, depalletizers, stock picking systems or storage systems with individually adapter manipulator technology (e.g. fork manipulators, small load carrier manipulators, container manipulators, suction manipulators, position manipulators, clamping manipulators or magnetic manipulators), and can if you so wish also provide pallet transport technology (roller conveyors, chain conveyors, turntables, pallet wrappers etc.) and suitable product transport technology (box transport technology, container transport technology, conveyor belt transports, roller conveyors).

Compact palletizer
The RO-BER compact palletizer is distinguished by its modular design, which allows for flexible adaptation to different requirements. This compact palletizer excels as a space-saving end-of-line palletizer as well as a small palletizing center; and all this even with ceiling heights starting at 3,000 mm!
Trolley Loading / unloading cells
With the compact cells developed by RO-BER for the automated loading and unloading of pallet trucks, customers now have two compact and flexibly integrable solutions at their disposal, which can be quickly and easily incorporated into existing material flows. The cathodic dip coatings stacked on pallet trucks are automatically transferred to the cell by on-site AGVs and pulled in via a safety gate, including the pallet trucks.
Piece-Picking-cells
The cell processes KLTs ranging in size from 300 × 400 × 70 mm to 600 × 400 × 320 mm with a handling weight of up to 50 kg. The maximum stacking height, including floor rollers (400 x 600 x 160 mm), is 1,350 mm. The small load carriers (KLTs) are handled at approximately 400 cycles per hour. With a double handle, up to 800 KLTs per hour are possible. Sliding doors made of safety glass ensure optimal accessibility with minimal space requirements, complemented by an integrated AGV safety gate. Reversing the process flow is also possible, allowing the cell to be used for the automated loading of floor trolleys.
Area gantry robot – Genix FP-150
Robots in the GENIX FP150 high-performance series achieve the shortest cycle times. With a load-bearing force of up to 150 kg, products can be handled dynamically and precisely, also in multiple grip configurations, through the consistent use of toothed belt drives. Large working areas can be implemented effortlessly.
Area gantry robot – Gigant FP-300 | FP-1000
The GIGANT series is characterised by its high dynamic load-bearing capacities of 300 kg up to 1000 kg. This series of robots was developed specifically for applications associated with material flow, where heavy product weights need to be handled rapidly, safely and precisely. Especially with the GIGANT FP1000, this is particularly evident with this system which can, for example, change over entire pallet loads.
Linear gantry robots – Genix LP-150
The LP150 linear gantry robot was devised specifically for applications involving the distribution of goods. As well as high performance levels and a reasonable price, this robot impresses with its ultra-short cycle times and its maximum system performance level.
Linear gantry robot - Gigant LP-300 | FP-1000
There is also a GIGANT version of our linear gantry robots. In contrast to the GENIX series, these models focus on load-bearing capacity with lower acceleration values.
Flexible manipulator systems
The robot gripper constitutes the centrepiece of the system. RO-BER uses reliable and practically proven standard concepts and develops creative, individual solutions for customer-specific handling tasks. The focus here is on maximum performance combined with careful and safe handling of products, whether in individual, multiple or layer grip mode.
