Shrink Discs RfN 4071 Standard series for high torque
Slit inner ring – low losses and pressure on the hub. Extension of the RINGFEDER® RfN 4061 series from an internal diameter of 220 mm up to the largest diameters. Cost-efficient solution with high capacity in the largest possible range of applications. The preload force can be set targeted to the relevant application.
Locking Assemblies RfN 7004
Extended version of the Locking Assembly RfN 7003 allowing for use with smaller hub diameters due to the reduced shaft and hub pressures. ℹ This series is also available in true inch sizes.
Locking Assemblies RfN 7006
Two piece design with single taper has flange to position the component on the shaft to maintain axial position during mounting. ℹ This series is also available in true inch sizes.
Elastomer Jaw Couplings GWE Z5106.1
Self-aligning coupling with clamping hubs in split hub design for large shaft spacings As for the GWE Z5104.1 this balancing coupling RINGFEDER® GWE Z5106.1 is also used to bridge large shaft separations. The clamping hubs in a half shell structure mean that the known benefits are supplemented by the advantage of single radial assembly on the previously aligned shafts. It comprises two RINGFEDER® GWE 5106, connected by an aluminium precision intermediate pipe. The shaft tolerance should lie within the fit tolerance of ‘g6’ to ‘h7’.

Elastomer Jaw Couplings GWE 5106
The RINGFEDER® GWE 5106 combined the advantage of the RINGFEDER® GWE 5104 Servo-Insert Coupling with an easy installation. The clamping hubs in split hub design can be mounted lateral at the aligned shaft extensions. The shaft tolerance should lie within the fit tolerance ‘g6’ to ‘h7’.
Metal Bellows Couplings GWB AKN
The metal bellows couplings from the 'AKN' series boast trusted quality and increased torsional stiffness. The reduced shafts in the element guarantee for high stiffness while at the same time compensating angular, axial and radial misalignments. The shaft connection is established by means of clamping hubs on both sides.
Metal Bellows Couplings GWB CKN
'CKN' is the production series which grants customers a maximum of application liberties. The flange mounting offers manifold possibilities to establish a connection with the element or add hubs, flanges and fittings. Depending on the chosen model, CKN has been designed for very high torques of up to 5,000 Nm.

Metal bellows couplings from the 'AK' series have been designed especially for the backlash-free transmission of high torques of up to 5,000 Nm. The elements are mounted on driver and driven components with tapered clamping bushings. Depending on the required size, the coupling will be produced with hubs made of aluminum or stainless steel. In addition, AK guarantees for perfect concentric running.

Identical in design and function to the traditional 7012 device, this unit is made of stainless steel for applications requiring rust free installation. Torque capacity is somewhat reduced due to the nature of stainless steel.
