OX-Sensor

Digital Transparency for Warehouses & Production – in Real Time With OX sensor solutions from ORGATEX, you gain full transparency over material stocks and storage locations – without manual checks and without interrupting material flow. Whether free storage locations in the warehouse or Kanban racks in production: the optical sensors detect occupancy and fill levels precisely, contact-free and in real time. The OX Storage Location Sensor reliably detects pallets, containers or cartons on defined storage areas and shows free and occupied locations with centimeter accuracy. Especially for non-inventory-managed materials such as packaging, it ensures timely replenishment, reduces searching effort and enables smooth warehouse operations – without inspection walks. The OX Kanban Sensor takes the classic Kanban principle to a digital level using modern time-of-flight technology. One sensor per rack compartment is sufficient to precisely detect fill levels deep inside the shelf. Mechanical components or tilt switches are no longer required, reducing sources of error and ensuring reliable, automated material supply. Both sensors are quick to install, flexibly mounted and easy to integrate into existing structures. All data is available in the ORGATEX Cloud for visualization, alerts and automated replenishment processes. Unlike traditional floor markings, OX-Spot does not wear out. Even under heavy forklift traffic, dirt or challenging lighting conditions, the projected symbols remain clearly visible.
