LIFTKON GmbH is a company from Ebersbach/Fils, which has been presenting itself on the market as a system supplier for electronic rope balancers for the first time since February 2019.
The company focuses on lifting and lowering, but also gladly advises in the selection of appropriate handling devices. Managing Director Markus Schleeh and his team bring a lot of experience in handling technology. Team LIFTKON takes a completely new look at handling technology and presents the newly developed electronic rope balancer WIZARD for this purpose - the magician who combines the best of technology and omits all insignificant things.
With good ideas, LIFTKON redefines handling technology and assures that WIZARD, with its "magical" technology, makes work processes faster and more efficient and thus putting a smile on the face of its customers. Probably the same smile that you see on the faces of the LIFTKON team...

Electronical Rope Balancer WIZARD - Column Device -
WIZARD is an electronic rope balancer for manual handling technology, designed as a rail or column device. The portfolio for the column devices offers different weight classes (max. 300 kg) and arm lengths for individual applications. It is the details that make WIZARD unique and through which the customer benefits: The use of a load cell to control the system results in optimum running behavior. The weight of the load is precisely weighed and displayed. The integrated, mechanical rotary feed-through on the operating handle/column is installed as standard, allowing endless rotation and movement of the load/arm. An electric or pneumatic rotary feed-through is optionally available. The standard built-in center joint of the boom arm connects the arm segments. This allows any point within the arm radius to be approached. Customer-specific requirements can be implemented quickly and flexibly. A standard load hook is always included.

WIZARD is an electronical rope balancer for manual handling technology, designed as a rail or column device. The portfolio for the rail devices offers different weight classes (max. 600 kg). It is the details that make WIZARD unique and through which the customer benefits: The use of a load cell to control the system results in optimum runnung behavior. The weight of the load is precisely weighed and displayed. The integrated, mechanical rotary feed-through on the operating handle is installed as standard, allowing endless rotation and movement of the load. An electric or pneumatic rotary feed-through is optionally available. Customer-specific requirements can be implemented quickly and flexibly. A standard load hook ia always included.
OHT system
The OverHead Transport system is a system for loading and unloading electronic rolls, but other applications are also possible. It is easy and ergonomic to operate ans is precise and fast. The dimensions of the workspace can be customised. The system can be integrated into a production line.
