OUR PRODUCT RANGE SETS STANDARDS - MADE IN GERMANY
No matter which protective tubing system you require – we can supply the ultimate solution from one source. We offer cable protection devices made of plastics or metal including the appropriate connectors featuring any customary type of thread. Our products are liquid-tight, resistant to solvents and UV light, or coated with silicone. They can be applied at temperatures of between – 60°C and + 600°C and are approved for up to IP69 K. Our cable protection systems protect data lines against electromagnetic impacts and safeguard laser-optical wave guides against physical damage. In a clinical setting, they meet strictest hygienic requirements and are easy to sterilize.
So our portfolio covers manifold applications in mechanical engineering, automotive, rail traffic, aviation or even in wind power stations or in the medicine sector. Protective tubings made by FLEXA are applied in technical plants all over the world.

ROHRflex MOVE
The ROHRflex Move corrugated plastic tubing made of modified polyolefin offers exceptional flexibility and is particularly resistant, even with tight bending radii. In combination with the flexible RQMR-MOVE insert, this creates a system that offers maximum flexibility for demanding applications in robotics and automation. Thanks to its UV stability, flame resistance (V2 according to UL94), and resistance to aqueous solutions, the hose remains reliable and durable even under extreme conditions.
ROHRflex corrugated plastic tubings
Thanks to an ideal combination of material and profile geometry, our ROHRflex all-plastic corrugated tubings with worldwide approvals are extremely durable and designed to withstand countless bending cycles and stresses caused by tension and torsion.
Connectors FLEXAquick
Our FLEXAquick-type connector ensures a rapid and trouble-free mounting. The one-piece fittings, which convinces through compact construction and robust design can be dismounted without any additional tools. No matter if you need a straight, bend, elbow, Y-, T- or flange distributor, this connector system fits all FLEXA corrugated plastic tubings and it´s available up to IP 69k.
Protective metal conduits
Our protective conduits to be applied in the field of mechanical engineering feature a high level of mechanical impact resistance and of abrasion resistance. In particular, industrial applications used in Production place high demands on the cables and on the corresponding cable protection systems.
Connectors
Our connection technology consists of metal fittings, sealing rings, inner & outer thread; sleeve and terminal sleeve.
Tubing Clamp Systems
Due to their special design, our tubing clamp systems are suitable for both light and higher mechanical requirements and has been in use for many years. An extensive range of accessories with reducers, cable clamp inserts and movable conduit holders makes this complete system to an allrounder in the field of fastening systems.
Special protective conduits
Our special protection conduits for medical and sensor technology with very small dimensions made of metal and plastic can be sheathed with different materials and fitted with suitable fittings depending on the application. Other special products include braided hoses, bundling spirals and fire protection hoses.
Protective metal conduits liquid tight
Our liquid-tight metal conduits are flexible and can be coated with various materials. Depending on the material combination, these are resistant to oil and acid as well as microbes and moisture.

FLEXAquick® – Progress®
With the FLEXAquick®-Progress®, FLEXA and AGRO are setting new standards in connection technology: it combines the tool-free assembly of FLEXAquick with the precise compression technology of the Progress cable gland. The result is a solution that is easy to install and at the same time offers maximum strain relief and tightness. A particular highlight is the ⚡EMC version Progress® EMC easyCONNECT: thanks to an integrated contact spring, secure 360° shield contact is guaranteed. This innovative technology ensures reliable dissipation of electromagnetic interference and guarantees optimum electromagnetic compatibility.
Cobot-holder
The rotatable tubing clamp systems of the FLEXA RQDR series enable secure, space-saving installation directly on the robot arm – without restricting its range of motion. In combination with the movable RQMR-MOVE insert and the highly flexible ROHRflex MOVE corrugated conduit, the result is a system that offers maximum flexibility. Thanks to the FLEXAquick principle, assembly is quick and tool-free by using a snap lock.
