About us
exoIQ GmbH develops and produces active exoskeletons for industrial workplaces. Founded in Hamburg in 2017, the company is now part of the TTS-Festool Group. exoIQ stands for high levels of development and implementation expertise, as well as pioneering assistance systems – developed in Hamburg, made in Germany. The S700 is the world's leading series-produced active shoulder exoskeleton for professional use. It provides targeted support for the arm, shoulder, and neck muscles and is ideal for all work performed with the arms at chest height or overhead. Through its active support, the S700 effectively relieves strain during physically demanding, repetitive tasks without restricting natural freedom of movement. The system can be adjusted without tools to different body sizes and shapes and offers several support modes for various applications. With up to 15 kg of active support force, the S700 is particularly suitable for assembly, handling, and industrial tasks. Since the end of 2025, the B900 active back exoskeleton has complemented exoIQ's product portfolio. The B900 was specifically developed for the demands of logistics and provides support, particularly during lifting and carrying activities, as well as when working in a forced forward lean. With up to 30 kg of active support, powerful motors, and an innovative joint system, the B900 combines significant relief with unrestricted freedom of movement and natural gait patterns.

Active Shoulder Exoskeleton B900
Active back exoskeleton B900 - noticeable relief, maximum freedom of movement. The back exoskeleton B900 reduces physical strain and fatigue when working in a forward-leaning position and when lifting and carrying. Thanks to powerful motors, the exoskeleton provides support of up to 30 kg and provides targeted relief for the lower back muscles and intervertebral discs. Thanks to preset support modes, the power can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements and work processes. The B900 back exoskeleton impresses with its quick donning and doffing in just a few seconds and unique freedom of movement - whether walking, squatting or performing complex full-body movements. The patented mechanism enables natural movement sequences and integrates seamlessly into existing processes. The B900 back exoskeleton is available for €6,900 excluding VAT.
Active Shoulder Exoskeleton S700
The S700 active shoulder exoskeleton reduces strain and fatigue when working overhead or at chest height: it provides pneumatic support with up to 15 kg of additional force, thereby noticeably and demonstrably relieving the neck and shoulder muscles. Employees can individually adjust the strength and type of support. They can put it on and take it off in seconds. A pause mode also enables secondary activities. This allows the S700 to be effectively integrated into existing work processes. The S700 is available for €3,500 (excl. VAT plus shipping), was developed in Hamburg and is produced in southern Germany.
