Honeywell's CK62 rugged mobile computer is designed for demanding warehouse applications. It offers reliable data access and user-friendly data entry via a sophisticated alphanumeric and numeric keypad option, an Android operating system with support up to Android 18, and a 4" touchscreen display that can be operated even with gloves or wet hands. It is also very lightweight at 440 grams. For high durability, it is dust and waterproof to IP65, drop-proof to 1.8 meters, and equipped with scratch- and shock-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 5. For fast data processing and long operating times, the CK62 is equipped with a Qualcomm QCM4490 octa-core processor and a hot-swappable battery. The integrated FlexRange XLR scan engine enables barcode scanning from a distance of a few centimeters up to 24 meters. In addition, the mobile computer offers 5G compatibility and Wi-Fi 6E for high-speed connections and increased productivity across a variety of workflows and applications.

1-D, 2-D und DPM Verifier

The LVS-9580 is a powerful handheld solution designed for offline barcode verification for compliance with ISO/IEC/MIL-STD-130N standards. Using its high-resolution 5.0-megapixel camera, the LVS-9580 reads and analyzes linear (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) codes up to 7.62 cm wide and 5.72 cm high. The LVS-9580 verifies a wide variety of barcode types, including any combination of linear, matrix (e.g., DataMatrix, QR codes, and Aztec codes), stacked codes (e.g., PDF 417, Micro PDF, and composite codes), and 1D and 2D direct part mark (DPM) codes. Equipped with a 3 m USB 2.0 cable, the LVS-9580 is suitable for inspecting barcode labels on a wide variety of surfaces, including plastics, corrugated boxes, shipping containers, and metal surfaces. The LVS-9580 is 21 CFR Part 11-compliant for standards-compliant inspection and validates direct-to-print mark (DPM) codes according to ISO, MIL-STD-130, and GS1 standards. For linear (1D) codes, it can inspect all nine ISO (ANSI) parameters, with additional features for defect detection and visual readability testing. The LVS-9580 can also inspect 2D codes (including multi-line and matrix codes) and reports all parameters according to the applicable ISO/IEC specification. Analysis results are color-coded to accurately identify problem areas within the barcode. You can then analyze the relevant sections of the barcode and directly determine appropriate remedial actions.

Omron FHV7

The Omron FHV7 is a powerful smart camera system for industrial image processing, characterized by high flexibility and precision.
