Area of Responsibilities
As a System Assembly Manager (f/m/d), you will lead a team of ten employees and be available to answer any technical questions related to control and switch cabinet construction.
– You will manage our customer projects from the initial estimate and quotation to timely order processing.
– You will plan the assembly work at our customers’ sites, including personnel and material deployment.
– You will ensure the smooth execution of service calls and will occasionally be on-site (< 20%).
- During execution, you will ensure that quality, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines are adhered to.
- You will also support us in the further development of processes with regard to process reliability, efficiency, and ergonomics in the workplace.
Your Profile
You have completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician (f/m/d), with further training as a master craftsman or technician (f/m/d), or have a comparable qualification in electrical engineering.
- You have several years of professional experience in a management position, e.g., as a workshop manager, construction manager, or technical manager (f/m/d).
- You are experienced in control cabinet construction and can read and ideally create electrical and fluid circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of pneumatics is an advantage.
- You think and act entrepreneurially and impress with your independent, results-oriented approach.
- As a manager, you bring strong social skills and assertiveness.
