Tasks
– You will support existing customers and systematically develop new customer contacts
– Your focus will be on the sales of machine and plant systems with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components and assemblies
– Independently conduct price negotiations
– Project planning for received orders
– Conducting in-house training

Over a period of approximately two years, we will intensively prepare you for later assuming your own sales role. You will receive technical and sales training in all areas of our company and accompany experienced colleagues on customer visits.

Your Profile
Engineer (f/m/d), State-Certified Technician (f/m/d) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

As a System Assembly Manager (f/m/d), you will lead a team of ten employees and be available to answer any technical questions related to control and switch cabinet construction.

– You will manage our customer projects from the initial estimate and quotation to timely order processing.
– You will plan the assembly work at our customers’ sites, including personnel and material deployment.
– You will ensure the smooth execution of service calls.
– During execution, you will ensure that quality, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines are adhered to.
– You will also support us in the further development of processes with regard to process reliability, efficiency, and ergonomics in the workplace.

Your Profile

You have completed technical vocational training, e.g., as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician (f/m/d), with advanced training as a master craftsman or technician (f/m/d), or have a comparable qualification in electrical engineering.
